I started my business because I spent years being the invisible glue — the person who kept everything together, the one who fixed what was broken, solved what no one else could see, and brought order to complexity. And even though I was good at it, I kept watching small businesses struggle because they didn’t have access to someone who could do what I do.
They didn’t need a giant consulting firm.
They didn’t need a cookie-cutter coach.
They didn’t need five separate contractors.
They needed someone who could understand their entire business, calm the chaos, create structure, rebuild systems, and give them room to grow again.
I created Lumaeris because I wanted to bring that kind of partnership to the people who actually need it — the small business owners doing everything themselves, carrying all the stress, trying to grow without support.
Harmony, trust, and growth aren’t just brand words — they’re the promise behind why I do this.

And that’s why I built Sonatara and Lumaeris — to formalize the work I’ve been doing my whole life. Lumaeris Consulting was created during a major turning point in my life. After a sudden layoff, I found myself re-evaluating what I truly wanted to do — not just what I could do inside a company. I began looking for roles that aligned with my strengths: operations, systems, problem-solving, and helping businesses grow with structure and clarity.
I spent time applying for roles in startups and operations focused companies, but the market has been saturated and unpredictable. Even well aligned candidates were struggling to break through, and I realized that waiting for the right opportunity was not the path forward. Then a friend asked for my professional help — and that moment was the spark.
I realized that instead of trying to squeeze myself into a predefined role, I could create the role that actually fits my abilities, my values, and the way I work best.
That’s when Lumaeris Consulting, under Sonatara LLC, became more than an idea. It became the place where I could finally bring everything together: operations, systems, finance, people, strategy, and the calm clarity that small business owners rarely have access to.
My brand is built around three intentions:

I started this business because small businesses deserve a partner who can see the whole picture and help them move forward with confidence. Lumaeris exists to bring structure, clarity, and calm direction to the people building something meaningful — especially when they need it most.
